Spring After School Classes We will have three classes for the spring session. We bring back two of the most popular classes and have a brand new collaboration with North Creek High School student club.
Please visit our webpage for details and submit the interest form. Interest form is due 3/8. If interest exceeds capacity, a lottery will be held. Class Schedule
Science Fair We are thrilled to announce the upcoming PTSA Science Fair on April 17th at 5:30pm- 7:30pm. Student registration forms are due by April 10th. Please submit your form as soon as possible, as enrollment will be limited based on available space and accommodations.
Raise Craze Fernwood's favorite fundraiser is back! Spread kindness and raise some money for Fernwood's PTSA Programs and Events (including afterschool programs, science fair, cultural night, spelling bee, etc.) through RaiseCraze! The fun begins on Monday, March 6th and will go through Friday, March 27th.
This year we will be playing kindness Bingo to track our student's accomplishments! Prizes will be awarded for completing the center square on the Bingo card, a "Bingo" (fill in a complete 3 space row, column, or diagonal), and completing the entire card! We will be bringing back our travelling panthers for the classes in the lead each week for AOK (Acts of Kindness) and dollars raised.
We will celebrate the end of the kindness campaign with a fun family Bingo night at North Creek High School Commons on Friday, March 27th! We will be presenting all of the final awards to students and classes during Bingo night. We cannot wait to celebrate our kind students with our community on March 27th!
WSPTSA Essay Contest This statewide essay contest invites students to share who influences their lives and learning. Every day, children meet many people who help shape who they are and who they want to become. It might be someone who inspires a new interest, helps solve a problem, listens, or leads by example. This contest gives students a chance to share their appreciation and tell their story. The application deadline for 2025-2026 is March 12, 2026 |

Spelling Bee Success A huge thank you to our Spelling Bee Chairs Prachi Mulley, and Baghyalakshmi Kannan for planning, organizing, and executing such a successful event. Your time and dedication made this experience meaningful and memorable for our students.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our volunteers who supported the Spelling Bee. Without your help, this event would not have been possible—your support truly made the event complete.
Special thanks to Ms. Morton and Mrs. Crane for their incredible support. They generously spent 3.5 hours after school serving as judges, encouraging every participant and celebrating each student’s learning potential.
