Sarah Ordona (a.k.a. Sool-Lim) is excited to be the newest Music Specialist at Fernwood Elementary School. Her background includes adjudicating local choral festivals, screening for the Washington All State and All NW Choirs, teaching high school choirs for 12 years, middle school choirs for 2 years and elementary general music for 3 years, directing musicals including West Side Stories, Hello Dolly and The Little Mermaid, being included in the Who’s Who of American High School Choral Directors for 3 years, teaching piano, guitar, voice and playing piano and singing for a local church, winning the Lionel Hampton Jazz Choir Multi Mic Division, Mt. Hood Jazz Festival and having many students compete and win at the Eastshore Region Solo/Ensemble festival and at State. She loves to be able to teach at the same school her daughters attend and is excited to be one of the directors of the Fernwood Panther Choir. In her spare time, she loves to go to the beach with her kids and take ferry rides to get crepes on Kingston Island.
